The objective of the company
is to provide total solutions in all areas of Information Technology. We aim
to be a "One Stop Shop Provider" with particular expertise in
providing Sage and Microsoft Solutions. Our goal is to provide the correct
solution for your business. The company is geared to support the small to
medium sized business with an emphasis on building a lasting working
relationship.
Strengths of the company
include over twelve year's experience in the IT arena providing strategic
consultancy, planning and installation of hardware and software.; As a Sage
Solutions Centre, GMT can offer and support the full range of Sage software.
GMT uses Microsoft Server 2003 and Windows XP technologies to provide total
network solutions. Using proven quality hardware components we also provide a
range of network servers and workstations that are fast, reliable and
hardwearing.

The company
regards training as the key to efficiently and successfully implementing and
using new products. Training invariably takes place at the Client Company
premises and is tailored to meet individual company requirements.
GMT has a great deal of
experience working with and further developing the standard Sage products
into tailored business packages. We are able to provide a crucial application
delivery service to our customers on all major hardware platforms and
operating systems. One of our products is the "payroll Round Trip"
which is an easy import facility for payroll bureaus. GMT Computers Limited
is accredited Sage Solution Centre, Sage Development Centre, Intel Integrator
and Microsoft System Builder. The Company is also British Standards ISO
9001:2000 Accredited.
GMT invests in internal
training programmes to ensure that our engineers have all the skills required
to support clients growing IT requirements. Our engineers are Sage and
Microsoft certified and are regularly assessed to maintain a high level of IT
expertise.
Support is the key issue
for most businesses and GMT has a full time support team to answer any
day-to-day operational questions. Our remote support package is also
available which allows GMT to resolve issues without coming to site. By using
remote access software and a broadband connection or telephone line we can dial
directly into your computer and fix the problem while you watch. This enables
a rapid response to your problems and means your users and systems are up and
running sooner.
